- Install — drop the extension into After Effects and enable it.
- First Look — tour the panel layout and how interactions work.

The Panel — Feature Reference
One page per sidebar tab. Each covers every button in the tab plus the settings that affect it.
- Main — general actions (Pre-Compose, adjustment, solid, null, text), speed controls, effects, transitions.
- Library — saved AE effect presets and the sound library.
- Shakes — 10 built-in camera shakes plus your own saved shakes.
- Flashes — white, black, strobe, pulse, color flashes with custom colors.
- Curves — interactive bezier editor for speed ramps and keyframe easing.
- Styling Workflows — multi-step guided edits (Kinetic, etc.).
- Audio — beat detection and marker placement.
- AI Assistant — chat with MotionLab to pace edits, add shakes, suggest a style.
- Settings — appearance, layer label colors, license, account.
